Taylor Lautner is Dolce & Gabbana Dashing
Taylor Lautner suits up in a Dolce & Gabbana black shawl collar tuxedo at the 2010 Oscars held at the Kodak Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday night (March 7).
The 18-year-old actor shared with Sherri Shepherd on the red carpet, “It’s so surreal after watching it on TV since I was younger. I’m honored to be here. I really didn’t have to do much, get a suit, show up (laughs).”
Taylor will be presenting a package of the year’s horror films with costar pal Kristen Stewart.

No, they are not appearing together on tonight’s much anticipated Oscar show but we do have some details about what the two are doing for the 82nd annual Academy Awards. We’re told that Taylor and his beloved Bella, Kristen Stewart, will be introducing a clip of the year’s horror/genre films, which fits into Oscar producers Adam Shankman and Bill Mechanic’s vow to celebrate the year in movies — including those that fans love but Oscar never rewards. I’m confident they’ll be finding a way to get Twilight into that horror/genre mix, if only to give those rabid New Moon fans something else to scream at.
Now about Barbra. The rumors are rampant that the two-time Oscar winner will be presenting tonight’s Best Director award. No one will confirm this — and perhaps tonight we’ll be proved wrong — but she is definitely presenting along with Robert Downey Jr., John Travolta, and many others. The pairing of Steisand with the director’s trophy would make sense if tonight’s best-directing award goes to Kathryn Bigelow. Streisand was one of the ground-breaking female directors, helming Yentl way back in 1983, and is a force of nature herself. It won’t be quite as inspiring should James Cameron walk away with the award, but the two both have a love for the environment so there’s got to be some mutual admiration between the duo.

According to a new report from Entertainment Weekly, stars Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner will be taking on the roles of presenters during the ABC telecast, though it won't be for a particular award. The two will instead present a package of the year's horror films.
The fact that the Oscars are giving any attention to horror is a shocker in itself -- much of the genre is typically looked upon unfavorably by Academy voters, similarly to how they typically handle other "niche" movies like romantic comedies and non-"Avatar" science fiction. While it isn't a golden statuette, at least a video package is some form of recognition for the genre.
The only real mystery left is if Taylor and Kristen will find a way to promote the new movie in "The Twilight Saga," "Eclipse," while they simultaneously introduce other movies. The popular film franchise will eventually find its basic-cable home on FX.

Taylor will be presenting with Kristen at tonight’s Oscar ceremonies! We’ll have video of their presentation once it airs.
Kristen Stewart is beautiful in a strapless midnight blue silk satin organza gown by Monique Lhuillier as she arrives at the 2010 Oscars held at the Kodak Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday evening (March 7).
The 19-year-old actress will be presenting during tonight’s ceremony alongside costar pal Taylor Lautner. The twosome will instead present a package of the year’s horror films.
